    Nice Green Blur

I've been wondering where you were. Having dinner with Mike (darkman) tomorrow night.

    OK, bad pun...

Great flower shot - vivid colors and very frame filling. I like it.

Awesome job panning with the biker. That takes lots of practice and a great sense of timing. Very nice.

    What do you shoot with?

    Very nice

Very nice images. Love the color and saturation on the flower. We're use to great bike shots from you, good to see there is another side. Give us some more of your other photography.

Cool Hey PJ, I Had One Of Those...

    Years ago.

Present from my (now ex) wife. Then she decided it would be a good idea to take it tubing down the river with us. She even put it inside two ziplock bags! Imagine her surprise when she pulled it out, and found it totally soaked. No more disk camera.

    Then I moved on to a 35mm P&S...

    contrary to PJ

I'm not quite that good with a cheap camera.

I used a Canon S45 for these shots. But I think a DSLR is in the near future.

    Go for it!!!

I consider myself a diehard film fan, but I gotta admit, that the D70 is definitely getting my attention...

BTW, that panning shot is even more incredible considering the camera that you were using. Even the advanced compact digital's have shutter lag. I know pre-focusing can minimize that, but it's still there. You have a great sense of timing!

    Me too!

I tink it's the one camera I threw out. They were pretty useless! I had one in jr. high, and no sooner than I got one did Kodak stop selling the film. Ah, the folly...

It stinks, though, I have this fantastic shot of Christo Redentor in Rio de Janeiro shot with a disk camera. I have the negative somewhere, but I can't get it enlarged. Hmmm, maybe I can get a hi-res scan of it.
