The image size is 640 by 640, and no greater than about 195K? I think. It qalso needs to be a JPG format!

Have you checked your browser and firewall settings? If your are using a home network with a router, the router settings may have to be adjusted. You should also talk to your ISP's techinical support, but the quality of ISP's technical support can be anywhere from alfull to very good.
