Our cats came to us from the Humane Society as Emmy, Finn, and Daffodil. We renamed them when we got them home: Emmy became Emma Finn became Phoebe Daffodil became Sierra (thanks to DS) Phoebe has since died. But Emma is now called "Little One", and we call Sierra "Squirrel". It just has to do with their personalities.
