    Happy with my D600

The more I use my new Nikon D600, the happier I am. The picture below is straight out of the camera except the re size so I could post it. Taken with my new Tamron 24-70 F2.8 lens.

Thanks, armando, when I first got the camera I had some doubts about it but after playing with it a little and adjusting the settings in the menus I am much happier with it and am glad I have it. I think any time you get a new piece of equipment there is a getting to know it time period before things are like you want it. It is just a matter of getting the adjustments set to your style and to get the look you want to see. I think I am getting close to finishing the little tweaks that give me what I want to see.

Nice, I'm in the decision mode D800 or D600. The D800 looks amazing but really slow for my sports shooting stuff. The D600 looks nice, but I don't know if it would qualify as a professional body for my NPS status.

Nice photo, Grandpaw! Glad to see you made a decision on the new camera. Have you started a D600 tips thread, yet?
