Great news from the in-laws last night

Well me and the wife stopped over at her parents last night. Of course I brought the camera with since mother-in-law likes for me to take some shots of her flowers and whatnot, I have posted alot of them in the nature and wildlife section. So of course we were taking some shots - posted below- and after we got done and were sitting around she brings me a card. Well the card said thanks for help with her computers (I do all her computer stuff around the house , networking and any other issues she has) and for taking pics of her flowers and anything else. And inside was my entry form to the Tamron workshop in milwaukee by Don Gale how cool is that

That's great Ben! I have been wanting to go to a photo workshop for a while but haven't actually taken the plunge yet.

    Wow!

My in-laws got me vaccum once.

Love the hollyhocks, I'm still trying to get some of those to grow here. And wow, does that dog have...umm....character.

Thanks for the comments - I was surprised. A vacuum, hmmmm exciting. The hollyhocks (I believe are the tall "stalks?" They were actually her neighbors, went across the street to get them. Most of her garden is between blooms, only thing out of it was the 1st shot, and the animals. Yes, seems like all bulldogs have ... ummmm ... character

Maybe I should send this link to my mother-in-law?

Re: Great news from the in-laws last night

Thanks for all the comments !! I am sure I will get alot out of the workshop. Hopefully learn some new tricks and be able to finally get some wildlife shots IN FOCUS !! I know another thing on my list to attend is a "photoshop workshop" to learn some of the ins and outs of that blasted program. Maybe I should start hinting to her now

Frog - you never know it couldn't hurt
