    USB problem.

hi, i own a fuji finepix f700 digital camera, and i lost the USB cord. i looked on amazon and fuji's website, but found no area to buy a new cord.

I was wondering if anyone from this board has gone through the same problem. doesn anyone know where i can find a replacement or does someone off this board have an extra one they are willing to sell?

    thanks

I know my camera USB cord is pretty standard, and I can find it at Office Max, Best Buy, Radio Shack, etc.

    Otherwise try here (I googled):

Buy a card reader. It's much more efficient and easier than attaching the camera to the computer. I'd bet that the cord will cost almost the same amount of money.

You could probably get one on ebay, but I agree with Michael: Get a card reader.

USB cords are as generic and standard as 1 and 0's when it comes to computers now (1's and 0's being the language computer's speak in ). You can get them at Walmart for goodness sake! I'm surprised that they don't have them hanging by the cash register at the local Store 24!

Now, as others have said, a card reader is a must. It's stationary, does not run your camera's battery down and reliable.
