USB problem.
hi, i own a fuji finepix f700 digital camera, and i lost the USB cord. i looked on amazon and fuji's website, but found no area to buy a new cord.
I was wondering if anyone from this board has gone through the same problem. doesn anyone know where i can find a replacement or does someone off this board have an extra one they are willing to sell?
thanks

Re: USB problem.
I know my camera USB cord is pretty standard, and I can find it at Office Max, Best Buy, Radio Shack, etc.
Otherwise try here (I googled):

Buy a card reader. It's much more efficient and easier than attaching the camera to the computer. I'd bet that the cord will cost almost the same amount of money.

Re: USB problem.
You could probably get one on ebay, but I agree with Michael: Get a card reader.

Here's Fuji's on-line parts store: http://www.fujifilmmall.com/

Re: USB problem.
USB cords are as generic and standard as 1 and 0's when it comes to computers now (1's and 0's being the language computer's speak in :)). You can get them at Walmart for goodness sake! I'm surprised that they don't have them hanging by the cash register at the local Store 24! :)
Now, as others have said, a card reader is a must. It's stationary, does not run your camera's battery down and reliable.
