    Cool Software for Panos, nearly Seamless.

    Open source FTW.


    2 rows of pictures here, taken with the camera vertically

    Used Autopano-SIFT to automatically find the intersection points to allow for the next step

    Hugin to put it all together

    Emblend
    to eliminate or drastically reduce visible seams.

    I used no-in-camera stitch assist, just a tripod and my mom's A540, though next time I think I'll use my A510, because file size on the A540 was insane...imagine...twenty 6.0 megapixel shots automatically stitched together.

    Final product was a TIFF file weighing in at 46mb, I compressed it a bit so you dont have to scroll up and down to view it

    I'm gonna do this again tonight downtown.

    that looks sweet ... will have to check it out again when i get home in the morning ...

    here is an 11 shot pano - vertical - handheld - stitched with autostitch - great program (free) and have had great luck with
