    Colorado wedding

My trip was way to short but was highlighted by a wonderful evening with Brian(coloradoamigo) and his wife. I couldn't have felt more welcomed and at home. His wife isn't only lovely, friendly and warm---she was a fantastic cook. Brian was one of the most genuine-real- people I have met in a long time. I strongly encourage anyone who visits those parts to go knock on their door ;) I was so grateful to have an opportunity to get to know them.

These are a few pics from the wedding so far that I really like. It was a dessert reception so it wasn't very long...I had great difficulty with how strong the sun was at midday and mid afternoon...and the only place really available for shots was RIGHT IN FRONT of the church building the rest of the area was all hay and construction equipment(new building) so it was a little challenging. Overall shaded by the overhang it provided for some good shots...here's a few will post more later

the first one is my second favorite of any of the shots I've ever taken...( the first is the babay being thrown in the air by his dad) Enjoy

"I was not trying to be shocking, or to be a pioneer.
I wasn't trying to change society, or to be ahead of my time.
I didn't think of myself as liberated, and I don't believe that I did anything important.
I was just myself. I didn't know any other way to be, or any other way to live."
