    Boo!

    Hi guys!

    Long time no see.

    I just thought I would pop by to tell you my great news.

    I am now officially known as Alison Greenwood LRPS as I gained my Licentiateship Distinction yesterday with the Royal Photographic Society :thumbsup:

    Here is my successful panel.

    Thank you both so much.

    Now you know why I have been so quiet. I lost a lot of sleep creating my "L." I can't believe how difficult it was!

    Mike Dales started to help me over 3 years ago but I battled with self confidence issues and it was difficult conversing over emails. (By the way, does anyone know what's happened to him? He seems to have disappeared.)

    I then moved house, 360 miles North, and joined my local photographic society in 2009. I entered my very first photoshow with the society in 2010 and gained 1st and 2nd place in the "Portraits and People" category of the prints section.

    Then, a couple of months ago, my photographic society helped me by throwing in the human factor, to give me that much needed push. One of the members held some RPS sessions for a few of us wanting to go for our distinctions. It helped sooooo much!

    Now to agonise over getting an "A" lol

    Welcome back! If only briefly.

    That panel looks great, blue and pink colour theme, people looking inward, symmetrical about the centre, then breaking the colour theme in the bottom centre. Lots of things to like about it.
