    Big Sur, CA

    Hey all,

Went camping this weekend in Big Sur, CA. This is one of my favorite places in Northern California. Just wanted to share a few pictures with you. Notice how I didnt put this in the critique forum, I know they aren't great ;) Used an Olympus Stylus 400, nothing special. Hardly does the place justice that's for sure!.

    Enjoy!

Beautiful shots! I've been to alot of places in South California, but wow, beautiful stuff here. My favourites are the bridge one and the first one with the waterfall. Great shots!

Thanks. Actually Big Sur is more Central/Northern California than anything. I grew up in Southern California, and you don't see this kind of stuff there, anywhere

Dang! The left coast is looking nice indeed. Ok, ok, while we all know that the east is culturally superior to the west, I am ready to admit that certain parts of the west coast line have a grandure that the east coast lacks, But we have better seafood....

I don't even know where to start. How about with the fact that you're quoting a Monterey photographer

Nice shots! Big Sur is just gorgeous. You did it justice.

Were the last few from Pfeifer Beach?

Ok all jokes aside, you did a great job here. Don't play yourself down. Some of them could use a lil' levels adjustment, but really, to a Florida boy who doesn't see that stuff everyday these are really very nice images...

Yea the last few were Pfeifer Beach, good eye. I have a few more, not as good as these. I'll try to get them up.
