    I gotta go with the Red Tail. Nice Stock P51-D. Nothing chopped or customized. The way God, and North American Aviation meant it to be!

    Look close, that airplane is no where near stock, not even close.
    IMHO, the best looking Mustangs are the ones cut up for racing. Give me clipped wings and turtle decks!!



    The most obvious are the clipped wings at the factory break, you can't see the scoop, but it's custom carbon fiber and about 1/3rd the stock size, it has a full blown race Merlin engine, the wings are extended into the fuselage, the coolant door is modified, the canopy is lower profile than stock, the rudder has no trim tab, there are many more changes under the skin. It's about 150mph faster than a stock Mustang.
