Smile Welcome Back to Our Friend!

It's such a joy to have you back Willem! How is your health? I hope you're feeling better than you were before. Please tell us how you are.

Willem - this photography is awesome. Absolutely stunning. I love it. You're "My Hero" when it comes to b&w photography.

Thank you so much for thinking of me. I love this little girl. You captured it perfectly. Is this image in your book?

    Light

Your subject is glowing; what great lighting in this shot!

I'm just curious, film or digital? If I recall correctly, you were starting to experiment with digital, no?

This is very appealing the way she is lit up and is the only one looking in our direction. Nice shot. btw. . .I take it this is medium format and scanned negatives?( which is what i do, but with 35mm. Aspiring to get into medium format soon) Any digital enhancement here with dodging , burning, lighting?

Ho Liz , thanks for your warm words .It’s a long time I add some photo’s here but I am glad to be back now A lot of medicines en rest keep me up its difficult for me to makes photographs but sometimes my beloved photo fiends take me a view hours with them and so I can make new work. Its not possible for me to travel abroad so I made the pictures in my own habitat I still working on 6x6 and negatives but I scan the negatives and printed the pictures in B&W and that’s beautiful Liz. Working in the darkroom is to heavy for me so this is great for me that I can do that digital I do not have a digital, its not my kind of photography My book sells good, I have noting to complain it takes time only how interred in B&W photography and especially my photography are the buyers;-)) But I sold also my book in the US The picture with the little girl I posted for you is not in the book to find but a 125 other beautiful B&W pictures;-))
