Thanks Jeff.......I did get an email from B&H.

However, I don't do RAW. I am looking to upgrade my PSElements7 though.

Am I right in assuming this would be overkill for editing for me? I may be better off purchasing the Elements10 Package they have on sale.

    Your thoughts?

    Thanks!

From what I have read I would go with Lightroom. A lot of times you don't think you need something until after you have and see some of the things it will do. I use CS5 but also have Lightroom and elements on my computer. I haven't ever tried lightroom because I am familiar with CS5 but from what I have heard you get a lot of bang for your buck with it, Jeff

    Thanks Jeff...........

My situation "requires" that I need what is the easiest and quickest program for editing jpeg images. I've always tried to get the best out of camera - and then do as little post-processing as possible because I don't enjoy the computer part of photography.

Now....it is a necessity that I use something that is easy and quick because I recently did something to my cervical area, and it is extremely painful for me to sit at the computer. This will lessen a bit, but I need to stay away from the activities that aggravate my neck and back.

Thanks again, Jeff. I always appreciate your invaluable input.

I think you might be impressed with Lightroom. I shoot RAW with the DSLR, but all my film ends up as JPEG. JPEG can be cataloged, imported and copied to your LR catalogs. I find it fast and very easy to do.

You might try the LR4 Beta, I have been checking it out and am planning on the upgrade when it is available.

    Adobe - Search: lightroom 4
