    One more of the High Bar. This is during his dismount set up. He was taking a giant swing and then dismounting. I got lucky to get his right at the top. He is one of our top gymnasts. I think he took honors at states and qualified through to nationals.

    You have a good start, but I'd try the following:
    1: Get closer
    2: get a bit more headon with your subject
    3: crop the excess

    Since this is practice you should be able to get tighter on the subject. That may not be during competition though so longer glass may the answer then.
