    Whoah!

    That first photo is sweet! Shallower depth-of-field would have been nice. But the action is so cool I like it anyway.

    And I agree with Ouvinen. A full powerslide would be great. I'd like to see it completely sideways with tires smoking - if you can get the to spin, that is.

    Shouldn't be a problem, the Elise weighs around 700 kilos and it has something like 200hp...

    I wasn't allowed to slide it that day, because he had just picked it up the day before, and we had to keep it under 4500 RPM

    As for understeering in a parking lot, a small lift of the throttle and it's absolute handling neutrality. I want one now

    We'll see if he lets me drive it again and take more pics.

    Yeah well, if it's brand new, you really should avoid revving it for the first 3000km or something. And the Toyota engine that the US models come with has the best torque and power around 5000-7000rpm, so... ;)
