Downhill MTB In Dirt!

Okay these are "downhill" trails. I took a few hour car ride north of where I live. Down here DH trails are rock laden and some are very steep. The trails here are soft, sticky and berm filled....:idea:

These are at either 800 or 1600 ISO the old 1Ds II did okay.

I love the first one. others are good too, but this angle with just the perfect moment when you can see the eyes...terrific

Looks like Santa Cruz! The photos look good and that third one looks great. I like that there's a banana slug on the tree in the last one

Well I'd go for that second one, because of the angle he's at, the eyes, and the dirt going up in the background. I can't believe he got it back upright from there!

almost all of these I had clamshell light going on. 2 580's off camera fired by PW's. Shutter was super slow. But my camera is old so not great with high ISO. One day a 1Dx will be mine hopefully.
