Light, foucs, etc seem to be dead on but missing top of head and back of hair bother me.
I think a slight pull back would work better.

    Re: In Profile

Jurgen - I agree that the composition is just a little too chopped. But not sure including everything's the answer either... Although it is sort of a neat retro shot, it's so 2-D, sort of bothers me a bit. Also, seems like the lighting is too strong.

Since her hand and mouth area is the center of interest, what abou this crop?

    Jurgen,

I love it. The texture of the skin, the hair and the black background fits this perfectly.

GB - crop is too crowded for me

That crop is a little too tight for me but I do agree that it could use a crop. I like the look and texture of her hair and would keep some of that in.

I strongly agree with Frog. You get some good shots and become too tight with the framing either in camera or cropping in post production.

Call me weird, but I'm still seeing a strong crop here.

How about some Andy Warhol-like repetition?

Now this I like. You took a pretty good image and really tightened it up. The repetition idea is pretty good too but your crop is what really works here.
