I like it as well, there's lots of things to look at you can see all the "market dealings".

I agree that this is very busy and a "color salad" is a good description. however, I don't think that there is anything really "wrong" with the image. It is telling of a hugely crowded and condensed market place in a photo journalistic manner.

good picture, the bright colors, busyness while remaining not too busy. Good density of people too, not too many for a huge distraction, but enough to show that it's a busy area.
