Soap box? Sorry....I dont consider this a soap box. I just want to clarify the issue at hand in a mature way.For what it says there if I dont wish that anyone took a pic of me or of my family I should...stay in my home? Avoid public places?? Im not buying it. People should be aware of them been filmed. That seems to be flawed too much in favor of a photographer. All it takes is the right circumstance and a good lawyer to get yourself in trouble....I bet most people will not mind a pic of them, whats wrong with asking?

In the end...lets forget I even tried to clarify the issue. Bringing a soap box comment really ends the discussion. I still think is just wrong. Do what you want, not my problem anyway. I think abusing that "right" (which it is nothing more than an opinion, based clearly in an interpretation of what it seems to be lack of a PRECISE, CONCISE law about it) is just wrong. There are way more aspects of photography than insisting on the same theme, again and again.
