I rather enjoy the clouds, the beach, and the glow behind the trees. It does seem a bit noisy in the top parts though.
    mostly Nikon gear

Feel free to edit my images for critique, just let me know what you did.

I love the mood. It's one of those I can keep looking at and never get tired of it. Technically, noise is a little high, but perhaps Noise Ninja or such be of assistance there?

generally I like it, except the cut-off hut and chair at the left.

The vastness of the scene and the incredible sky make this interesting to view. was thinking it could use a subject on the water, but the other stuff is just so intriguing that it gets by as it is.

great location and scene. . .fine work

    Beautiful colors,
the gray color of the sand is not attractive to me, I may hav tried to use the water for reflections of the clouds

    Re: Yet another sunset

n8, yeah the noise was introduced with my pp. thanks!

llewpics, thanks for the suggestion. i'll look in to lessenin the noise.

thanks engineer, i hadn't noticed that.

    Gary, thank you very much

Armando, i desaturated the colours a bit. I usually shoot in vivid mode and my camera pics up soo much color. the sky was almost reddish and so strong, when i desaturated some of the beach color was lost. muchas gracias!

I used to shot vivid all the time, and got tired of having to use negative EV to prevent staurated reds

    I used NEUTRAL , for a while

Then found out about DX2MODE2, uploaded that to the camera , this has even less saturation
I can shoot EV 0 without getting saturated reds on normal light conditions, sunsets are easily compensated

this is only good if you expect to do post processing and give the photos some nice contrast and colors

It looks a bit messy lay-out, but I do love the colour
