    X marks the spot

Drove like a lunatic to get to a place where I could get this shot - The light was fading fast and the best had already gone. A few minutes later it was all gone

If the best had already gone, then how did you end up with a great shot like this?
I like how there is darkness on the one side leading to just a little remaining light with the X there. To me, this is a powerful image as is. Just be careful driving to get the shots!

While that is definately what I seem to be going by as of late, I'd sure hate to have someone not "trained" in the ways of lunacy getting hurt by what I say. ;)

    Re: X marks the spot

I like the clouds and sky alot and was well worth the lunacy to capture it. The large black foreground bothers me though. I would crop out half of the black space and then crop from the right side to keep the aspect ratio. Great shot.
