This shot is nice, and I love how it's a pure white background. Was this taken in a studio? I think you nailed the DOF in this shot. I love the crispness of the face area, and then the fadedness of the body. Nice black and white work and welcome!

Hello Jared,
Thanks alot for the postive comments on my work. The picture was actually taken in my office using gloss photo printer paper for the backdrop. Everyday is a learning experience for me as im very green with the dslr, but enjoying every minute of it.
