I finally got around to processing this image from Wahweep Wash in Northern Arizona. I think I'm happy with the tonal range here. Enjoy!

Super shot once again Is that sorta like deposit accumulation from something dripping from above or is it just erosion ?

I would have to agree that the tonal range on this photo is excellent. That is one of the nice things about digital black and white. You get excellent sharpness and a wide tonal range. One thing I would say, is that I would like a slightly more prominent subject. I like the little patterns of the water rivulets in the sandstone, and the tall rock formations as well, but it might be better if they were separate. But that is just me . Great work.

I also appreciate the tonal range here as well. I agree with Drew to a degree about the prominence of the subject, but does not take away from this being a good piece of work
