    A waterfall

This little spillway was just begging to be shot. I found it on a mountain above a river, in deep shade one morning. I shot it wth an Elan 7N and a 28-70 zoom on Provia 100F. Something in the composition feels a little "off" to me, though. Any suggestions would be helpful.

you know, i think this is a very technically sound picture. the only thing for me as i look at it is the bottom left corner. i think the direction is nice as it goes from top right to bottom left, but all of that blinding white eating up that corner bothers me for some reason.

    still nicely done, i think.

Yes, I have the same feeling like you and I can't put a finger on it (yet). I guess I need to have another look at it later this day. Interesting.

    better

sorry i took so long to respond... there's very nice feel or mood to this shot...
I also like the colors...only thing is i think there's a loss of detail at the bottom of the falls (was there any adjustment in contrast in post editing?) and it could benefit from a little more breathing room on the left of the image.
