    Dzerzhinski,

    Interesting shot. Though I love the perspective, the bridge just doesn't have enough subject matter (or a constant, distinct one) which draws my attention. My eye initially was drawn to the light pole, but I don't believe that was your goal on this shot. With that being said, black and white definatlely adds a good factor to this pic, but the subject for me is lacking.

    I find myself scanning this photo for something to focus on. I just can't find it. I do like the perspective the shot was taken from, but for me it's lacking a main point of interest.

    Hi Dz,

    The thing that doesn't work for me in this shot is that the river is surrounded by evidence of heavy construction equipment. The banks and stuff just don't look that "natural". For me, the bridge pics that draw are those that appear to be out there in the wilderness.
