    Trip to Boston: Cheer's Bar...

Here's a photograph I took today of the Cheer's Bar in Boston. Anybody thirsty?

    Comments are welcome. Thanks.

I think I'll work with the color version of this shot. Because of the yellow in the sign, it's not very effective as a black and white, in my opinion.

Nate , this is a nice photo you say that you may put the color version up because of the yellow sign.
How about just doing the sign in color & leaving the rest in B&W might be realy cool

    Hey Nate,

I think this is a lovely image. What I love the most about this shot is the memories that it brings back for me. I love the show Cheers, and as soon as I say this picture I started singing the theame song to the show in my head. Maybe it's just me, having grown up watching this show as a kid, the photo takes me back to a much simpler time and place that I often long for. For me, this photo represents part of my youth, and I love it for that.

Thanks for the trip down memory lane.

    Nate,

My memories of this place are great it looks nothing like the show place inside and I guess they only used the oustide pictures for the start of the show.

I agree the colour photo may be just as good as this photo. By the way I haven't been in Boston for about 10 years now, didn't they have striped shades or canopies back then Red and White seem to be stuck in my brain for some reason.
