night shots natural lighting - interesting architecture

Still trying to get used to the new cam but i'm gonna be more prolific. I've been wanting to shoot this building for a while and shot it hand held tonight with a 19mm lens. I'll be happy to hear your comments.

    Keep it of course.

That's really impressive for a hand held shot.

Yeah, not bad for handholding in zero light...I am sans tripod and have found my photo backpack a nice platform when all else fails...As far as the pics go, maybe shooting this place shortly after sunset would be pretty cool, because the lights would be on, but you'd be able to get more of the buildings shape, and it would create a little more ambience...

I don't know how to put this, but...I'm kind of a big deal...People know me.

Thanks, they were both shot with a Nikon D100 with a Vivitar 19-35mm lens.

I put keep it, but only the last one. There's nice symmetry, but I think you need a tripod with a longer shutter speed or while the sun is setting/rising. Nice concept, and a great building,

Thanks, I'm gonna go back and shoot more when i find my pan and tilt tripod, actually this building and many others in Barbados are very interesting. I plan to do a whole series on reflections in buildings and then night shots of buildings. I'll keep y'all posted.
