The biggest thing I see that is common to all three would be to watch your backgrounds. None of them is disastrous, but all could be better.
1 - The plant in the lower right is distracting and the lines on the wall behind lead me right out the back of the image.
2 - Wonderful image of the young lady, but the bright colors and the other person on the right detract.
3 - Good, but I would prefer that the horizontal line of the blocks didn't go through the subject.
Again, nice images, but these are ways I see to improve them.

Thank you for pointing those out so the only problem with the images are the background?

which image are you talking about on this one?

Probably not, but I tend to critique in the same way I learned. First, find a subject which you obviously have. Second, watch the background.

The rose in front of the block wall.

#1: Nice b&w, interesting choice in subject. I'd like to see a vignette to finish it off.
#2: Is there an intentional filter effect here? The skin looks nice, but the eyes need to be masked out if that's the case as they don't look natural.
#3: Also looks like it's been treated a bit, but the bg needs to be softened up.
mostly Nikon gear
Feel free to edit my images for critique, just let me know what you did.
In shot #1 I don't have any problems with the background at all, but if I were taking this shot I would have rotated the pedals to the up/down position to keep them in the plane of focus.
In shot #2 the woman in the background is a distraction and you probably should have waited for her to move. (or asked her to)
I like the overall effect of #3 but it might benefit from being shot from a slightly higher vantage point to change the orientation of the mortar joint in the background and reveal more of the face of the flower.
These are all quite good as is, and the suggestions are merely tweaks to take them to that "next level"
