Yeah I like her boobs too, I would also like to see other angles. I'd also like to see a slight vignette blended into the corners, and maybe a tiny contrast boost (personal taste though, the contrast looks good as is), like this

also might mention that her bra and panties are two completely different colors and patterns.

It actually already has a vignette Anbesol, but a little more does look better. The contrast boost works. She didn't have matching lingerie btw, something I noticed when we were selecting the outfit from a big bag of clothes she brought. I too wish everything was the same color (pink the best).

The mismatched clothing is a plus in this photo, takes it a step from being ordinary. Nice location and I really like the look she is giving, good moment. I'm not too fond of he white shutter on the right, but thats no biggie. My biggest concern is the odd/unflattering angle of her left leg (right side of the photo). If you isolate that area, you may see what I mean.

Here's another of the model. Sort of like fashion with a twist, though I'm personally not super happy with the background here.

A little background. This was pretty much what they call a 'shoot out', where a bunch of photographers and models meet at a great location and do a lot of photography. They started laissez faire, then went to individual one-on-ones between model and photographer. I hired her for half an hour, but at that point all the better backgrounds/props were in use We did catch the this seat and building the last 5 minutes.

Sounds good Phil, but, do you really think the first image is ordinary? I didn't see that, but maybe the models all seem to highlight their strong points in the same ways. Anyway, check out this other pic.

Arne, thks for commenting also. I agree that the white shutter is distracting, I think Anbesol's vignette partially mitigates it though. I don't see the leg problem here or what would necessarily be better.. The foreshortening doesn't look extreme or anything. Alas, it's all in the eyes of the beholder.

I think Anbesol's edit is an improvement for the first. The contrast helps that one. And the lighting is beautiful, btw. Is it natural?

The pose in the second is great, but I don't like the vignette. The hat is adorable. Have you tried b/w?

They are both very good shots (as usual), but I see more potential in the second.

The 2nd one works better for me. I opened the first one at work, and i was like maybe i shouldn't comment on this one now. lol. the first one seems a bit flat to me, like it lacks a bit of contrast boost. The black jacket provides that punch in the second. I'll refrain from any unintelligent comments and critiques

I think both shots are great- but I am personally more drawn to the second shot. I like the pose in the second shot much better, as I find the angle of her left leg a little odd. I'm not at all bothered by the mismatched wardrobe I think it is more fun and playful- gives a little contrast between soft and flirty and sexy. The model is lovely and I see a lot of potential in her. Great job with both shots.

Thanks for the critique, everyone. Well, looks like my intelligent request has snagged a little attention. Didn't mean to be harsh or anything, just don't want this site to degrade to an ooogaalling one like some others I've seen (photocamel.com comes to mind...). The model was trying to look sexy, so I guess the image succeeded in that respect.

Yes, the mismatched clothes do seem, well..., different. Not something that would necessarily work in a clothing ad or in a portfolio, but as rebcastillo77 stated, I guess it does project youth and playfulness.

Dray, yep! I agree that the added contrast definitely helps on the first image. The vignette on it helps too IMO, sort of diminishes the effect of the white door. I picked up that hat in Alaska. Haven't tried a B&W yet, or expt'd with less vignette. Seems like there's many possibilities with many of the shots I got of her.

Liban, thanks too for your input. Yes that black jacket goes well with her blonde hair. I'm thinking there's better shots out there of her with it, maybe in a studio.

Phil, I would have to agree - definitely a mismatch. Maybe in a slumber party it would seem perfect though? (my next photo assignment )

rebcastillo77, thanks for the feedback! I guess the left leg position is too odd. One of the things that I have to keep working on is the small details .... It's the little things like this that really make the difference. At least post processing allows the photog some ability to correct things, but not in this situation (yet, anyway).

i like the first photo better than the second. there's a naughtiness to the mismatched under garments. i agree with the positioning of her left leg...it seems forced. overall, great picture...

Pradap -- Thanks for refraining on the bad comments, and welcome to the PR forums. I agree that the first one is too flat. What's odd is that when I'm working in my software it looks fine, but when I post it to the forums I get a different impression, often too flat or too bright. It could be that my software's background is a tad darker than the forum's and that affects the final look.

I guess the second strikes some folks better. To me, it's kind of crazy with all those different style clothes, but glad that you like it.
