Nice shot. I didn't see the oversharpness at first, but I then noticed the rock formation on the right center and would agree with your assessment. Also, the sky seems a bit noisy to me. Do you live near this location? If you do, it would make a great place to take all kinds of shots in different conditions.

Yes this is just down the road from where we live. The noise may be from the camera I used. IT was a casio exilim with only a 7 mp. Basically a point and shoot. Wish i had my Canon.

This is an awesome place, I love the Oregon coast. Nice composition, I might try portrait to get a little more of the foreground in the shot, maybe a wave crashing.

Yeah maybe a little to sharp, especially that rock in the middle right, it almost looks out of place. The sky also suffers from the sharpening, the noise was sharpened and the sky has become blotchy.

Good composition. Would be interesting to see how a long exposure looks there.

I would reduce sharpening a bit on the foreground rocks and a bit to the right
