very nice, the way it seems underexposed enhances the mood, as does the soft focus. Works very well. Is this from film?

    primetime,
the scene is good, but it's hard to tell out what everything is. This one is seriously grey. The snow isn't white at all, that should be a tell tell sign to you that your shot is off. I would love to see what you saw when you captured this shot. I'm sure it's great.

    Hi,
The pic has a feeling of a Chinese painting. I just wish the contrast is a bit higher.
    Nice shot!

In spite of the fact that it is a little dark, I think you did a pretty fair job of composition. The way the scene fades into fog is nicely done. What time of day was this taken?

Personally i would love to see a little more from the lower half of the pic than the grey sky ... Image may be a little too small to tell anything imo ... nonetheless a good effort !

I would like to see it with a greater degree of contrast as well. I think lightening it up a bit, and punching up the contrast might still give you that misty, lost feel but bring out more of what may have attracted you to the shot.

Well this is a dark picture to begin with. I know its a little small but I was haveing trouble getting it on the forum. Also i desaturated the picture so maybe that is why the snow is grey. Also it was actually taken at 2pm on a foggy Central Ohio Xmas Afternoon. How ugly eh?

Also it is digital, Not film

I really like the way the edited one is grey and dark. The only thing, now that I've seen the original crop, is to move your horizon up a bit, not centered, but bring it up a bit to show more shoreline instead of sky.
