Interesting shot. Though portrait/modelling is far from my forte, her hand is distracting. I think it would be better to either have the full hand or no hand.

Jared is right about the hand. I would crop away the entire area just below the hair (above the hand) and have the emphasis on a head and shoulders portrait.
