I noticed that as I was posting, not sure why I didn't notice it before. The bloom is still there, so I can try again, this time i will use a tripod. Thanks for your comments!

A peace lily... thanks for that info also. This plant was given to me April 2004, for my grandfather's funeral, and i have always admired the "cobra hood" look of the bloom.
