This is a forum to post photographs, not links to galleries.
I also don't think that it's going to help you in your development as a photographer if people just have a general look at your pictures to come back and say; "They're looking really nice!", because that's only good for your ego.

So post a few of them, maybe the ones you still have doubts about.

Hi. You should have been around a few weeks ago when we had a whole thread in Viewfinder forum that was nothing but light trails. Yours are good. Do you have any other shots to show? Bring them here and we'll take a look.

hi thanks for ur comments......heres a couple of pics for u to comment on

    flame.jpg

in this picture i wanted only the glow of the lamp to light the image, and the rest to be dark.i kept an orange right next to the flame to get a cresent shaped silhoeutte of the fruit.(dont think its as prominent as i had thought it would be )any tips on how i could have improved it?
    heres my second image

    magzine.jpg
its a rather dark image of a magazine lying on a bed.i made the whole image dark to make the light reflected on the magzine stand out.i tried to get a gloomy classic look.is the image a bit too dark?...any sugesstions on how i could have improved it?

    waiting for ur comments(egarley)..... bye...

The subject seems small and desolate here when surrounded by all that darkness and centered in the frame. What do you think of the off center positioning here - does it ruin the mood for you? I also wish I could see the interesting detail in the lamp a little more.

sorry i could not get back to u sooner.my host has run into some problem and my site is down...ill, try to get that resolved as soon as possible.anyway, back to our topic, my personal opinion is that the image has a better look when the lamp is centered and about the details of the lamp, think the fact that the details of the lamp is not clear is what teases the viewer and keeps them intrested.any way these r just my personal opinion and everyone has one.and thank u for ur critique..... bye..
