Hi all,
Here's a shot I took in '97 on fuji 100 slide w/h cannon AE1P, Vivitar 28-85, f-4.5-5.6 zoom, and polarizer. the lens is very bad and 1 stop slower than rated.exposure 1/60-1/125@about f8-f11. The first one is accurate. the other 2 are the same exept for the lower bird. (sea gulls). I didn't record what I did, but basicly, I made small selections w/h magic wand and clicked auto fix.
Let me know what you think, Please. You don't have to be nice, I like them anyway.

Hmmm, I'll be the party pooper here. I like the original shot alot. Excellent mood, with the lighting and the birds especially the blurred one landing. The ps ones i really don't care for. Yeah, they look kinda neat. . . . .but nothing deep like the original. Good shot.

The 2nd and 3rd are equally good as far as I am concerned. Very well done. But still I have to say I like the true Image the best.

Thank's for the input Almo, I really like the first the best, I only wish it was technicly better. As for the other 2, it all started with selecting the top bird and clicking auto fix. This turned it black with some red(lens flare) making it look sinister I thought. As I said, I don't recall everything I did , but most of it was click & fix w/PSEL2, sometimes more than once. 2 exceptions were the border around top bird &lightening of the lower one. 1 thing I found interesting was detail in the sand & lower bird, light from the sand filling the bird.I shot a roll of film and many are nice. maybe i'll post them later.
I hope not every one here is a purist, and maybe somone else will try it just for fun. Maybe some cartoonish surfer T's.
