I like this photo and the overall tone to it. Technically I think you did a very good job, nice dof and exposure.
The one thing I would fix on this photo is the plant. I like the one branch going into the light and the angle that was captured, but having the bottom of the plant (larger leaves) ruins the simple feel of the photo. I think it would have been much stronger without that included and it would not be as distracting.
Still a good photo that has a nice zen feeling.

Good point about the big leaves. I was so fixed on the small part of the plant that the big ones never really registered in my head. Thanks for the critique!
