    "The Doors" Generation

I tried to transfer an atmosphere of early 70th. What do you think? Was it a good try?

    Whoa!

    Those highlights/whites are awfully bright!
So bright it is difficult to get past them. The softness works, but those whites are too much.
    Tone it down.
The pose and expression are good, but again too highkey.

    The doors generation

looks like a little overexposed. maybe if you increase the shutter speed 2 stops it would be better

Outside of the exposure, I think you accomplished your goal of capturing the seventies look. Did you have a specific purpose for this?

    thanks :)

mtbbrian, bendik: Thanks. Overexposition is great, I know. Initially it was a cross-processed color film (and overexposition for +2 stops goes from here), but after some work with it I've decided that sepia-colored variant will be better.

kellybean: Thanks. Yes, there is a specific purpose. I try to make a series of porptraits of this boy, each of them will be stylized for the certain time (70s Hippie Generation, 80s New Wave, 90s , etc.). Just a crazy idea

PS. Thanks to all, sorry for my bad English.
