What and what isn't wrong with this photo (I'd like all opinions)?

You've got a good, interesting subject that's let down by the very dull, flat light. It looks like a lot of different photo ops in this building and hope you are able to return to get some close-ups of the shutters and different colors and textures and possibly during another time of day. Lets see some more. :-)

here you go - it was the dead of night when i shot this, i wanted to give it an eerie feel... no photoshopping either
