    Field of Many Flowers

This was taken a few days ago as I was walking with my girl through this nature preserve. I used Kodak portra160 NC, which is a portrait film that gives a softer look. i also added a soft focus to the scene in Jasc psp8.
I like the results, but would appreciate all critique and comments.
    Thanks

    a slight crop

off the bottom(from the one posted about a 1/4") and I really love this shot...the softness adds to the mood of the field and I like the almost watercolor feel to it...I can't decide whether I would maybe brighten it a bit
and make it les Blue but for now I'll say I really like this one...I'll edit if I change my mind ;)

Nice romantic feel or mood to the image. Soft muted colors are very appealing. As Nat said maybe a little off the bottom, but overall a very nicely done image. Great place to stroll with your girl.

The feeling is good. I think the white area on the right sky does not contribute well in the overall. If the sky shows a colour gradation, the photo may be better.
    All the best.

Thanks, good points. I never thought about the bottom area needing a crop, but now that it has been pointed out I feel it may be a good idea .
Nat, your right about a little too much blue here maybe. The yellow flowers were exploding in this scene and I tried my best to tame them by removing some yellows.
Yoyo, yes the sky. i think this Portra film exaggerated the fade to white up there.
Thanks for the time to comment.

Here is a tighter crop on the bottom, and a little on the sides to maintain the aspect ratio. and no yello removed, should help with the blue cast.

Excellent shot, all the elements have come together. I really like the soft focus, dreamy feel to the shot.
