    Feeding Time

Took over 100 shots of this guy, and his three friends this afternoon. Thoughts, comments, suggestions?

    Re: Feeding Time

I've never tried wildlife photography, I'm sure it must involve long periods of frustration, but great rewards if you get it right.

I think shot 2 is probably the most aesthetically pleasing. I think generic advice for most shots like this is that the eye has to be spot on, perfect focus, and that little glint of life and personality. From that point of view the last shot is probably best, but that out of focus foreground is detracting from the effect a little too much.

I admire your patience and perseverence, I would give up after a couple of minutes I'm afraid!

    regards,

The last one is the strongest, but the first one is pretty cute with the corn in the mouth haha. On the last one try a tighter crop to maybe get rid of some of the blurry foreground. I dont mind it though, and the colours are great. I think the last one captures a little bit of personality which is nice.

Is this the infamous american grey squirrell that i have just being reading about.Has taken over britain and 30 per cent of Ireland, driving the red squirrell out of its habitat. Good series but i can see why it is referred to as the tree rat.
