Night shot at a fair what are your thoughts ?

Sorry, this shot does not work for me...

Same thing here than in your Thread Fair #3: I think that panning your shot would have added dynamism to the scene. The action if here totally frozen and thus very static. The facial expression of the 3 persons in the shot is also not very interesting.
