Finally some counter-balance to all the kitties floating around here! Not that I don't like cats (some are worthy pets), but nothing beats a Golden for shear amiability and companionship.

As for the picture, I would say it's underexposed by about a half stop or so. Also, try zooming in a bit more next time. Less room, more dog. Just don't let him lick your lens or it could be trouble!

For critique, I agree with PuckJunkey. Has a bit of a snapshot feel to it, IMO. I try to get down on their level as much as I can.... but yes, watch the licking of lens! It has happened to me once or twice. Now, I keep my feet out in front of me to ward them off before they get to the danger zone... keep posting!
