    Re: Building

    Hey Yoyo

These are a litttle too busy for my taste, and lacking in a strong focal point. I think the second one is a little aimless while the first would benefit from a cleaner background and by having the two "pillars" lined up so as to minimize all the information in the image.

Nice attempts, I'd definitely keep at it!

    Hello Yoyo,

I really like the first picture. It is somewhat busy but I feel that it add to the visual impact rather than making it weaker. To be more specific, I'd say that I appreciate the clean foreground against the busy background. It gives me a feeling of chaos vs peacefulness. Then again, I think that you made a very good use of the XPan. I also like how you included the pillars in the composition.

The second picture doesn't really cut it for me. It seems that the glass walls make the scene somewhat confusing despite the fact that I know exactly what I am locking at. Unfortunatelly, I don't know how I would treat the subject differently. I am afraid that I can't really help here.

    Hi Walter and Seb,
Thanks for the comments. I agreed that the second pic lacks something interesting. I think I was attracted by the glass panes when I took the shot.
