I think you can improve this shot quite a lot in Photoshop. The white balance seems off and you can reduce the noise in the image quite well as well. Need to bring the reflection of the boat in the water out a bit more as well. The boat is also a bit central in the image, maybe a little more height and width would help, don't know what the image was originally.

The bright sky in the background is a bit of a hassle when adjusting, so be careful. Hard to pick a white point on the image as the whites are light blue.

Hope that helps, it does have lots of potential.

I like the dark mood of the pic. Also the slight tilt of the boat is great. The mooring rope coming in from the bottom center is distracting to me. The most bothersome feature is that the line of the boat cabin is tangent to the horizon in the b/g.

Tuna, i like this image. I agree with Terry about the dark aspect of it. I like the noise here. For me , this image looks like a painting almost and the noise goes with that feel. I really like the strong vertical aspect here as well. My only nitpiks here are that i would have liked a slightly lower point of view to bring the boat up higher and clear over the mountainous horizon. And also would have liked to see the mooring rope have been leading off to the corner as opposed to straight down. I don't feel it too bothersome to crop it out though. I like this shot
