    Boat Sidmouth, UK

We had the chance to take a car ride from Exeter down to Sidmouth, it was a cold May day! we walked for an hour and finally came to the end of the sidewalk and found the life guard station and several boats. I would have loved to stay for several hours but the group I was with wanted to go back and get a coffee...another shot later..

I shot the boats with my F100 on Tmax 400 developed in Tmax. It was F9 or 10 all afternoon around 1\60.
    Any comments please?

    Hello CB Photo,

I'd say that one: the horizon line is bent way too much and two: I am not 100% sure about the very front of the boat being cropped. Other than that, this picture is highly dramatic. I like the textures, the lightning and the overall feeling of it.

To me, this would arguably be a keeper with the horizon line corrected.

    regards

    Seb

    Hey Chris,

Personally (I don't mean to be picky!!) I wouldnt have brightned the shot. Black doesnt look black anymore. Other than that, yes the picture now work very well. This is an artsy shot.

    Regards

    Seb
