I really like the compostion here. I think the DOF is great, except you loose a little focus in the antennae, and something about the in-focus leaf makes it a little unbalanced.
However, this is really beautiful, and not your ordinary butterfly.

This is a beautiful shot ... and I like the diagonal composition. My only regret is that the wing merges with the leaf. I also think that warming up a bit the colors would bring more life in the butterfly.... But that's just me: i'm a sucker for warm colors!
