Another Street Photograph...

This is another from my State Street photographing..
Is this one better than the last?

I like it sfor it's odd looking visual effect. The flash illuminated the person to an almost surreal way, and offers an ominous, purpl sky and clouds. however, I do not get any feeling of street here at all. The shot does not tell me anything about State street.
