    A Robin Thread

    CeramicMike's UK robin post made me think we need a robin thread. Share your American and/or UK robin shots here.

    American Robins are so common, I think most people fail to notice how pretty they are.

    I'll play. Robin's are one of those birds I take for granted. I see them all the time and almost never photograph them. Took this one from my living room yesterday morning.

    Oh yes! Your robins are quite different to ours. They are nice birds, though.

    The UK robin is a very curious bird; it will follow a person for quite some considerable distance, and they have been known to perch on a person's hand if it has a tasty tit-bit in it.
