I'm bloody well hate Best Buy. The problem with going "up the chain" and speaking with "management" is that they always ARE management that you're speaking to. Or at least that's what they call themselves.

As far as going up the chain goes, you're bound to get nothing but a 1-800 number that leads you back to the manager in the store because the issue cannot be resolved over the telephone.
